CONCLUSION

Upon review and consideration of all the evidence of
especially in light of the contents of enclosure (2),
the existence of an injustice warranting the following
action.

RECOMMENDATION:

That Petitioner's naval record be corrected, where appropriate, to
show that:

a. Petitioner is authorized TLA reimbursement from 11 May 2013 -
16 May 2013 at Naples, Italy. Housing approved TLA for 6 nights.
Petitioner has 3 Command Sponsored Dependents (1 spouse, 2 children
under 12) and cooking facilities are available in the room. The
maximum lodging rate is $208 per night and the per diem rate is $132
per night.

b. Petitioner is authorized reimbursement in the amount of
$1692. Calculation is as follows:

LODGING: $150 X 6 NIGHTS = $900

PER DIEM: $198($132 X 150%) XK 2 NIGHTS = $396
(1° and last day with no cooking facilities)

PER DIEM: $99(S132 % 150% / 2) X 4 NIGHTS = $396
TOTAL AUTHORIZED ‘REIMBURSEMENT: $1692.00

c. Note: Petitioner needs to file a claim with Defense Finance
and Accounting Service (DFAS) with a copy of this authorization to
receive reimbursement.

d. A copy of this Report of Proceedings will be filed in
petitioner's naval record.
